Getting ready to install a whole home video dustribution system for a customer. 4 sat boxes, all Dish Network brand, modulated to 4 different channels running to 7 tv's.

I need an inexpensive remote for each of the 7 tv,s, that I can program to control the 4 satellite boxes, INDEPENDANTLY. I will have the adress codes different, but i just need a remote that can be programmed 4 times for a satellite box. I know the mx-500, 700, sl-900 etc will work. I just think that may be overkill in the remote rooms, as there is no massive home theatre, just a tv in each location, with the need to control the sat boxes over the infrared system.

Is there an entry level remote out there that will do this without paying for all the bells and whistles of the mx-700' s, etc.
