Hi, I have a Crestron 1500 system which was installed and programmed by a not so great home theater company. When I last was able to get them to answer the phone they informed me that they had a hard drive crash and had lost all the programming for my unit (they never gave me a copy). I now would like to make some changes to the system but they want to charge me several thousand dollars to do so. I really think I can handle the programming myself, but it appears that Crestron won't sell me the programming cable kit. Is there anyway I can purchase the kit and the software to do the programming? Mostly, I want to add my Audio Request system and clean up some of the bugs in their programming starting with just spelling our name right on the main screen :) Thanks in advance for any help you might be able to send my way.
