Jesus, guys. Just run the zone 2 preout of the HT receiver into a beefy twelve zone amp, such as a, Seakercraft BB1235 or 65. Bus the input to all twelve channels, double up the speaker pairs, two per channel. Throw some volume controls in the rooms and you are done.
