Um.. What do you want to do? What wire you run definatly depends on that.

Are you planning on ever moving? That definatlyhas a bearing as putting in a ton of wire now when you may move in 5 years is kinda silly. You have LAN, I assume you have Phone and Coax.... Is it home run? If not thats what I would concentrate on.

Our "Structured Wire: generally consists of 2 RG-6 coax cables and 2 Cat-5e wires to each location. All Home run of course. This provides a resonable amount of flexibility and expanability. That could easily be doubled if your doing multiroom audio/video with local sources....
