The reason that you cant find the protocol manual is Samsung hasnt made one for this unit. According to the tech that I spoke with that wrote the Crestron module, he got the protocol straight out of Korea and had to sign all the typical BS, stating he wouldnt share the protocol..........fear of prosecution.
