For my 2 cents I'll recommend the Niles Intellicontrol. Its BIG, Its RF, Its Programmable, ok it has small Menu and Guide buttons, but you can always program them on something else if you really need to. Let's face it, the majority of the time it's turn it on, change the channel or press play and change the volume. And you can use the extra buttons for the stations they watch the most.
