The "remote eqiuptment" was in the master bedroom, not sure if that was clear, weather or not they are "remote" enough to bear the title. And as Far as the the equiptment rack below the plasma's, I agree looks like crap, however, I did not sell the rack to the customer, and that was his temporary Cabinet. You can only do so much when when the cutomer supplies equiptment.

The Mx-200 is version 3, I supplied, and would not use version 1. emitters are stock, but superglued to quiptment, wont fall off without remover.

As far as return calls and or additional training, the job was time and materials, and would be the same for any return trips that are not warrenty issues.
