You're a gem, Extron probably do exactly what I want.

I guess I'll also need RS232 control for the controller and some s -video or RGB output for the Crestron panel.
While we're on the subject of Crestron panels - have you had a play around with the new i/O Touchpanels from Crestron which give you basic email, internet access, I saw these briefly at Indy but didn't get a chance to look into them ?

These sound like a great idea but I'm always a bit dubious of new Crestron products and their software.

SkyBird :- I've actually got another couple of those waterproof LCDs in another room (Aquavision) which are effectively televisions that need the camera picture, so I will need to modulate one video output for this purpose.
