We have a customer that has a Panasonic 50" plasma. He wants to use a DVD, VCR, HD cable box, and a TIVO with it. Someone mentioned to him that he should get a scaler so that all devices would appear closer in quality. Would any of you use a scaler for this application and if so which one? It would have to be sub $1500. I was talking to him about the centerstage cs-hd, but after reading a review that stated how you have to select the output resolution each time you switch devices I have my doubts. Has anyone heard of the zinwell brightview for $700. Any comments?
