Julie, don't you have any friends in the local talent??

Please don't tell me that you write for the custom crowd, but buy at the retailers (or worse yet, from the samples that manufacturers send for review) and hook it up yourself.

You probably have the connections to buy at the right pricing based on your contacts, but you should at least hire a local veteran to install, calibrate and service the stuff.

P.S. Let him use the wire, remotes, etc. that he already uses...
