I have a group of products I will no longer sell due to poor service. Rather than bash those that have richly earned the right to be bashed, I would rather commend the brands that have stood up and done what's right.
Draper (as recently as yesterday, on site, one of their sales guys up on a ladder with his sleeves rolled up and his tie loosened) Request Crestron Boston Acoustics
These are the brands that show up in my proposals to customers, because they have earned the right to stay there even when things go wrong.
