Honeywell had purchased Ademco and ADI and it's
down hill from here. All the normal Joe's that
were there the last ten years are suddenly gone
and the credit department is in INDIA!!! I haven't
received a statement in 3 months. THey are putting
there sucky name on all the alarm equipment.
Gaaaaaaaaad! The Honywell sales people used
to always say Ademco alarm equipment sucked, now
it's all they offer.
I don't understand it. I thought that Ademco was a pretty good name in security. I could care less about the equipment saying "Honeywell". In fact, I think that the Ademco name carried more weight to it.
With that being said, are you considering switching suppliers?
