For VCRs you don't need two tiers. Do you put
VCR transport commands on tier 2 for uniformity,
or do you just say, "no, you only have to do that
for the DVD"?
Definetly leave the teir two for uniformity!
I always give both options-- one being the stick on templates and one being teir two. The latter is for when the in-laws come over to babysit and can't make the darn DVD play.
