OK, so you use volume or channel up to take you to tier 2. Do you make the 3 second push of one of those the shift button?
I've used the stick ons for transport, but then you've got those pretty transport buttons in the middle of the thing that just ought to do what they say...
For VCRs you don't need two tiers. Do you put VCR transport commands on tier 2 for uniformity, or do you just say, "no, you only have to do that for the DVD"?
Yeah, I like power to do all off as well.
