HI! I setup a similar system for a client of mine, the way we did it was to put the xbox in a cabinet, or it could go under a table, and then connected the AV cables to a wall plate i got from On-Q, the wall plate allowed me to keep the console close to the user, so that they did not even have to leave their chairs to change games. It worked like a charm...
