The only way to do it is to use ProntoEdit as a middle man. Copy and paste the hex from RTI's library into prontoedit to create a .ccf file and then open the .ccf file in the MX software using the universal viewer deal.
I posted a step by step for this a week or two ago... you can find it if you search the forums.
