I am hoping some one out there has made a Crestron Xpannel work on internet explorer on a Mac out there. The "official" word from Crestron is that it will not work. However the "unoffical" word is that sometimes it works on some Macs. Is there any one out there that falls into that "unofficial" group that have succesfully got and Xpannel to launch from Mac's internet explorer?
The client in question I consider a friend as well as a client so I would really like to help him out. I gave him an Xpannel and he fell in love with it but he then "upgraded" to a Mac two weeks later and now is wondering what happened to his Xpannel. I am not really versed in Mac so what little computer knowledge I have I tried, but the only thing I could think of was to turn on activeX in internet options. Apple help was no help either, the woman from India reading from a computer screen told me no more than their FAQ. Any way thanks for any insight you guys can give. BTW I'll also ask this in Yahoo's Crestron forum.
