with over 75% of my time spent trying to interface crestron to every damn thing that people decide to put a dsub9 on, i pray DAILY for such a data base...
also, what/who do we custom installers need to ask/bitch at to get a STANDARDIZED rs-232 format (hahahaha... i know)...
im tired of different baud rates, paritys, handshaking or not, checksums....
im going to talk to a few people at CEDIA EXPO this year... stir the pot a bit.
