I have been using the discrete power macro for about a yeear now and I have a .4 second delay. I can't even remember why I landed on .4. Not sure if I tried .3 and it wasn't as reliable but .4 seems to work pretty good for me.

excuse me for being dense. But what is a "swap"? and why would you want a mute, when all TV's, recievers and pre/pros have a mute?

I like the 30 second skip though. That is cool.
