Exactly Robert, that's one way to do it. Also, play with the call screening feature on your voice mail box and that may give you some ideas. I'm pressed for time at the moment but I think you've figured it out.

p.s. You need to get at least one more line no matter what if you want this to work well. You'd have to test what the TVS50 would do if both lines were in use.

p.p.s. If you only have one business line and no hunting, and in house voice mail instead of the phone company, what happens when someone calls and you are on the phone? They get a busy signal? Call waiting?
