Depending on the length of the command in a string together maybe you can program it into a mx remote or a pronto and create a macro then when you teach the play key you can use the other remote to flash the whole sequence to the Mrc66..

I did this for an old sony remote and I was luck enough to be able to squeeze two commands into each source button...

or just program a macro into the button...you can do that.
