ok... so I know that once the doorbell is pushed, there will be 12 volts available inside the bell (the ringer)... so now can someone remind me where I saw a product that would take a 12vdc trigger and execute a IR command?
I thought it was Xantech, but I couldn't find it on the site....

...couple a thumb tacks and a stick of double sided tape should hold this baby up...
