Well, you have to have IE with the Quick Launch Bar activated. (RightClick > Active Bar at bottom > Properties > Check Quick Launch Bar).
Now, LEFT Click a Link, or on the Icon in the Address Bar at the top, and Drag it down to the Quick Launch Bar and Release it. Now you just have to left click on that icon and you will go straignt to that link.
You can also so this with shortcuts on your Desktop. Or files in an Explorer Window.
