I still use a Canon inkjet for utility printing. Used this for years. Much cheaper than buying carts.

I fill the black well only. Found about 50 color carts on ebay for $3 apiece so I haven't bothered with them.

If you don't want the mess, ebay often has original carts by someone who bought too many, etc.

I tried to refill an HP without success so I stuck with my Canon. Easy.
