This happens if you are using the most current version of software and the unit has old firmware. Upgrade the firmware to 1.41 and it should work.
I shut down the controller. The unfortunate thing
was that when i put the system back on, none of
the keypad work. I checked the power supply, it
was ok. The keypad only displays a number 2.25.
If you are using more than one keypad on a zone with the address jumpers set incorrectly all the keypad will do is show the firmware version.
