ssfx, The current Elite plasmas do not have media boxes,
but the 43" and 50" Elite plasma tv's from the past two
model years did use media boxes. Sounds like an interface
cable issue to me. I would try disconnecting the power
cords to both the panel and the media box. Make sure
both the dvi and the control cable are seated properly
at the plasma and media box. Now reconnect power to both
and hope for the best. Look on the bright side - at least
its working.
Aaron is very correct, I have done dozens of Elite's and the first thing I would do is what is brought up here.
