The iC2 system does not have Press & Hold feature on Master Keys
The avaerage person (who has not been told) doesn't find Press & Hold intuative.
In fact give a customer a brand new remote and don't tell him how to operate the remote and you MIGHT find that they will press and hold the Master Key because it is new to him. We didn't want to give a customer buttons that do something when you "press it this way" and something different when "you press it this way"
