FYI
The RS-232 commands only work when the display is ON.
RS-232 does not work when the TV is OFF. This means that
you can't use RS-232 to turn the TV ON. So your going
to be using IR anyway.
Hi, I did a google search for FP-T5084, I have this at the school in a classroom and want to control this Samsung FP. I have the part number for the TRS to DB9 cable to order from samsung, but need the control codes, you posted it as a gif, but that link is no longer valid. can you please send that to me ?
