Woofer 5 year warranty, amp one year.

Call Klipsch (bought Energy) and get a price on the entire amp/back panel.

Verify the woofer moves freely (no rubbing or frozen cone).

There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.
