Have they mentioned sending the drive in, so the data can be retrieved? It may be possible, but I have to wonder why the drive failed.

I only replaced two drives, in two different N1.800s and it was very easy.

My mechanic told me, "I couldn't repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder."
