Yes, it was an ebay special. He advertised Concerto, but the model # is NV-18GM not DM (Concerto). Its probably why he was selling the unit because the keypads are not compatible. I thought about asking Nuvo if they could send me a card for Concerto, but I'm worried about other issues of programming it. Considering the simplicity of Grand Concerto, I don't want to downgrade. But the cost of getting 6 new keypads & ez port is $2700.00 and to buy a brand new system with everything is $3200. I could buy the new system, have the warranty and try to sell the other system by itself as a Grand Concerto to make back some of the money.
