Yes, this is the classic concerto not grand concerto. I took the key pad and hooked it directly to the ez port with the cat5 cables that came with the system and the key pad still say "Net Error 1". So there is nothing I can do to this system, literally throw it out. Can the MPU be replaced or reset by a dealer? I really hope there is something that can be done with this system. If not, then a $2000 lesson, not something I had hoped for. Thank you for responses.
