Nuvonet is very touchy. If one thing isn't crimped down properly or if a component is assigned a input already being used, the whole system will fail. The best thing to do would be to take your Cat5 going to each keypad and plug them directly into the back of the Concerto one by one. That will allow you to narrow down the problem. Once you find the one that is not working recheck your connections or replace the keypad. I've had a handful of bad keypads.
Not sure about the original Concerto though.
