I'm trying to install my new Nuvo Concerto and the pad says "Net Error 1". Is there any thing I can do to reset the Nuvo or fix this problem. I tried to use the learning station and it says it can not connect to the Concerto. Any help would be very appreciated. Thank You, Mark
