this issue. I personally think that holding the client
hostage when the bill is paid is a black cloud on our
industry. It is one of those things that embarrass me

There are some pretty silly analogies here, like you wouldn't expect to get the recipe from a restaurant. Huh? Has nothing to do with this issue.
