Devices from some companies are made by others then relabeled. My GO-Video VCR, for example, was made by Samsung and works with samsung codes. My Optimus receiver (from Radio Shack) was made by pioneer and works with pioneer codes. Try codes from all the manufacturers. It'll take while, but you'll be very happy if and when you fnid the code that works.

Last but not least, You can also email ONE4ALL. Give them the model, year, and manufacturer of your device and ask for device codes that will work, and any advanced codes that come with that device code.
