Back up through the messages on this forum to November 17, and you will find a thread titled 'Clearing out a stacked key' that should help.
It looks like the available 'fix' is to clear out all of a device's moved keys with SETUP**994**Device Device.
Clearing keys may be something to be added to the FAQ.
