I just got an email from the OFA support:

'It seems that your TV uses the european signal, so the code should be 0195...if it doesn't work, it means that your remote does not support your TV.'

I tried code 0195 but it didn't work. The LED doesn't blink twice after I type in the code, it only blinks once. So I think I have to teach my URC-7800 the signals by myself. Very sad !!!!!!!!!!!
