I would recommend receiver code 0054. To program the input selects you should try advanced code 227 using an RCA code for whatever the device is. For example, to program a button to be the input select for VIDEO2, you would select an RCA VCR code (in this case use VCR/0202) and then program advanced code 227 to whatever button you want to use.
