Each different remote is identified in IR.exe by an RDF file. When you first use IR.exe, select "new" in the FILE menu and you will see an option to choose the rdf file for your 15-1994. Then you can proceed to download. If you do not get this option, check to make sure you unzipped everything in the original zip file I assume you downloaded from the jp1 files section. You should probably post this at [email protected] for an answer from the real pros.
