ahhh. This is the same problem I am having - see my other thread.

The audio input changes on my sony amp are not learnable for some reason. I don't think its a short burst, but rather a macro or two seperate signals that can't be learned into one?

I don't think there is a work around on this one.. I may have to get a sony all in one. I also know the problem is not memory since I cleared it all out first and it still won't learn.
