Most of the "better" ueic remotes (OFA or Radio Shack) remotes will have most of the setup codes you see at hifi-remote. However, The older models won't have the newer codes, and the newer models may not have some of the older codes. HOWEVER, with JP-1 that doesn't matter cuz if it isn't in there, you can put it in. Just make sure you have a JP-1 capable remote, preferably a learner (makes a great tool).
Virtually NO remote companies use the same device setup codes, that's why this forum is riddled with "need code" posts. RCA uses different from zenith, which are different than denon, which are different from xxxx, etc. However, all the ueic remotes whether wearing the OFA or RS badges all use the same ones. The RCA 810 also uses ueic codes, but they are offset by 17 (just the device setup codes, not advance codes). I think there were some others in the past that used this offset scheme as well.
