There is only a limited amout of memory in these remotes for setup codes, so as new codes are added, old ones get dropped. I just checked my files and CBL/0003 has indeed been dropped from the URC-6012 and most other new remotes.

You could send your 6012 back to One For All and they will add the code for you if you like. OTherwise, you could get a learning remote and learn from the other remote.
