Debbie, if by :didn't work" you mean that the code does not exist in the 9800, then yes, it doesn't, you need to either add it yourself using JP1 or send the rmeote back to OFA to have them add it.

If you have had the code added and it still doesn't work, then I suggest you are doing something wrong, because it is the right code.
