After quite a bit of time on the phone with the support line, the Radio Shack 15-2133 still controls all of the Hughes DirecTivo units in one AV cabinet at the same time. The Hughes "Peanut Remotes" respond to the "tivo pause #" sequence and work correctly to the intended tivounit. Am using device code 1142. Tried the learning function from a hughes peanut remote set to tivo unit 2 and that learned key worked OK. Leads me to believe the real hughes remote sends some type of "select unit number #" with every command, and the Kameleon does not. I would like all of the function keys to work correctly with two DirecTivo receivers, preferrably without learning every key twice. Any help appreciated, TIA!
