Even though it doesn't give you the hex code for the phantom key, it does give you the customized protocol you needed for the 15-2116.

You don't NEED to use that "Other Data" section at all. It's just there to save you the trouble of looking the value up in the RDF file. (If that's unclear, follow the instruction in the orriginal selective macros file for creating the hex cmd of the key move, but use the device upgrade and protocol upgrade from the spreadsheet).
