ph1 is not working for at least two people. should this be raised as a bug? ph1 could be defined as 42 so that 41 will be skipped.
it can be frustrating trying to get these things to work especially if you are a beginner.

When there is no suffix to the button name, IR
assumes it uses the next sequential keycode following
on from the preceeding button, but when there
is a suffix with either a decimal number (as above)
or a hex code (like this button_name=$0F) it will
use that instead.
So in this case, we have established that Phantom1
uses keycode 41, so phantoms2 and 3 will default
to keycodes 42 and 43. We're skipping keycode
44 for some reason (probably a real button) and
then picking up with phaontom4 which uses keycode
45. the rest of the phantoms follow on from there.
Remember, phantoms don't really exist, they are
just keycodes that have not been used for any
other purpose. So, you can call them whatever
you like.
