Looking for EFC/OBC for Pioneer 710 rptv.

I've tried all codes to get the "Screen Mode" working without success. TV is 0166. I've also tried a few of the device extenders for ir.exe; none seem to set the mode (normal, natural/cinema wide, full, etc). That code is listed as 020 in several places but does not work for device 0166 or the extender devices such as 0614.

"Learning" the code from the original works fine. I am using a Kameleon with the irtowav (works great by the way!) without a JP1 cable so the learned stuff is lost every reprogram.
