Yes. You can download from the Cinema7 to the IR.EXE program and see the decoded signals for the learned keys. Then you can reproduce those keys as a device upgrade (create a new setup code) so they use a small amount of upgrade memory instead of a large amount of learned signal memory. (Memory sections are completely seperate, so the upgrade memory in your Cinema7 is unused unless via JP1 connection).
