Sounds like you should JP1 that 7800. Very helpful folks here and at the JP1 base. KM and IR make a lot more sense when you actually are in a position to do it.
Define the devices in KM.
Load them all up to IR.
Add your macros.
Save the profile.
Upload it to the remote.
